Summary:

Office personnel will deal with data entry in account receivable/ accounts payable as well as entry level office task.

• Ability to execute template writing procedures

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated with a great work ethic
• Approachable and energetic attitude
• Practices utmost confidentiality
• English / Spanish preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in similar position

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service
• Scheduling
• Multiple Phone Lines
• Scanning
• Expert ability with Microsoft Word

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Starting pay $18.00 per hr.
• Commission pay
