Construction Superintendent - Commercial / Institutional Projects (South Florida)
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead complex, highly regulated commercial projects from the field. This role is strictly non-residential and non-multifamily, with project types that may include airports, ports, government facilities, higher education campuses, and healthcare environments.
This position is ideal for a superintendent who thrives on structure, coordination, safety, and execution, where planning, communication, and leadership directly impact project outcomes.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading all field operations from mobilization through closeout
- Managing site logistics, phasing, and daily work plans
- Coordinating subcontractors, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction
- Enforcing safety standards and quality control processes
- Reviewing schedules and proactively managing look-ahead planning
- Maintaining accurate daily reports and documentation
- Collaborating closely with Project Management and Owners’ teams
- Anticipating challenges and solving issues before they impact schedule or cost
What We’re Looking For
- Proven superintendent experience on commercial/institutional projects
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead multiple trades with clarity and authority
- Excellent communication skills with owners, inspectors, and design teams
- Strong planning and organizational discipline
- OSHA certification required (additional certifications a plus)
