Weighing Supervisor
We are looking for a Weighing Supervisor to join our growing production team in a fast-paced nutraceutical manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing or production who is ready to grow into a leadership position.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
2:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Pay
$21-23
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities
- Support and guide manufacturing operators during the shift
- Ensure production follows company procedures and quality standards
- Monitor production flow and assist with line organization
- Verify materials and production paperwork
- Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams when needed
- Help maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Report attendance issues or production concerns to management
- Assist with basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when necessary
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment
- Leadership or team lead experience is a plus
- Basic math and computer skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
- Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing
- Experience working in GMP or regulated environments
