Compensation:

• Average pay range: $75,000 - $150,000 per year
• Salary: $3000 month salary
• Potential to earn much higher depending on your skills and performance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to engage potential customers
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs and directing them appropriately within the dealership
• Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Offer a positive and flexible approach to every customer interaction
• Maintain an organized and enthusiastic work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous car sales experience is a plus but not required
• Professional attitude with confidence in customer interactions
• Strong customer service skills and phone etiquette
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow processes
• Self-motivated with excellent time management
• Ability to listen actively and provide exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Must be willing to work Saturdays and some Sundays
