Our platform supports health plans, providers, and community-based organizations as they implement Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports to address the whole person.
About the Role
As we expand our footprint across California, we’re looking for a Sales Representative with deep knowledge of the state’s healthcare ecosystem. This role focuses on developing relationships with provider networks, health plans, and community organizations aligned with CalAIM initiatives , Enhanced Care Management (ECM), and Community Supports.
We are seeking an individual who understands the state's Medicaid landscape and shares our commitment to creating healthier, more equitable communities.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with Medi-Cal managed care plans, county agencies, and provider collaboratives
- Promote GroundGame.Health’s solutions to support ECM, ILOS, and CalAIM implementation goals
- Collaborate with leaders focused on homelessness, behavioral health, and care transitions
- Represent GroundGame.Health at regional health equity forums and community health events
- Help drive measurable impact across California’s most underserved populations
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of sales or partnership experience in California’s healthcare market
- Strong knowledge of CalAIM, DHCS guidance, and Medi-Cal delivery systems
- Network of relationships with regional health plans, CBOs, and public health stakeholders
- A deep belief in using scalable technology to solve deeply human problems

Compensation Overview
Base Salary Range (IC5-IC7): $108,000 – $171,000 per year
(based on experience, location, and role specialization)
Incentive Compensation: Uncapped commission structure
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000 – $250,000+ annually
- Commission earned on closed business, with increasing rates for higher performance
- Accelerators and bonuses available for exceeding targets
