This position is contingent on contract award.

International SOS Government Medical Services, Inc. is looking for an individual who is an experienced Logistics Analyst to optimize and oversee the supply chain operation by analyzing data, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing solutions to approve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance overall logistic performance. They ensure the seamless flow of goods and services from suppliers to the customers, supporting the organizational strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes the logistical function, supply chain and oversees logistics lifecycle.
• Streamlines operations and makes recommendations to existing operations.
• Assists in creating or revising standard operating procedures for logistics process.
• Prepares logistics support documentation.
• Applies logistics principles and methods to specialized logistics solutions.
• Performs logistics database management functions.
• Performs logistics inventories and related logistics functions.
• Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.

Basic Requirements/Certifications:

• Ten plus (10+) years' experience in Logistics.
• Subject Matter Expert as recognized industry leader as a Logistics Analyst.

Education Required:

• Master’s Degree in relevant field of study required.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior or office work environment.
• Work involves sitting, standing, climbing stairs for prolonged periods of time.
• May require bending, stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Other Special Qualifications:

• Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.

Compensation| Min: $118,000 Max: $129,000
