Job Summary:

Our Outside Sales Representative works closely with our customers, management, and the production team, providing support with the goal to drive sales, elevate the client experience, and ensure complete customer's satisfaction.

This full-time position, based in Miami Gardens, is ideal for an experienced Outside Sales Print Consultant ready to lead growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering innovative solutions from our wide range of products and services. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and deliver exceptional service to existing accounts.

This role requires a self-motivated, creative professional who thrives on challenges and is driven to achieve results.

Responsibility Overview:

• Establish and maintain profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company.
• Actively prospect for new accounts and maximize sales potential with existing customers.
• Represent the company by conveying expertise in our services and capabilities.
• Establish relationships with the community and business accounts.

General Skills We Are Looking For:

• Prospecting for New Customers: Develop new business, target key prospects, and retain business.
• Product Presentation: Discuss products and services to convey quality, integrity, and superior customer understanding.
• Sales System Compliance: Understand and comply with the sales system/program in place.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop annual sales strategies in conjunction with management and identify joint marketing opportunities where applicable.
• Technology Proficiency: Stay current on new technology.
• Effective Communication: Communicate regularly with management, marketing, and production teams to ensure sales and customer objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in print, signage, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics with a passion for providing value and personalized solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven sales skills and ability to close deals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
