We’re seeking a Tax Strategist who will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced tax strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, reducing tax burdens, and helping clients protect and grow their wealth. This position will play a key role in ensuring our clients' financial success while adhering to Uplevel Entrepreneur’s values of exceeding expectations and fiduciary excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop tailored tax strategies for high-net-worth clients, with a focus on tax minimization and compliance.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure tax strategies integrate with broader wealth protection and business goals.

• Lead educational sessions for clients on advanced tax strategies, breaking down complex tax concepts into actionable steps.

• Provide oversight and mentorship to a team of tax professionals and financial strategists.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimize strategies.

• Lead initiatives to enhance client satisfaction by exceeding their expectations with innovative tax solutions.

• Review client documents and financials to identify and mitigate tax risks.

• Regularly report on client progress and strategy performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax strategy, tax planning, or similar roles.

• CPA or JD with LLM Required

• Deep understanding of U.S. tax laws, estate planning, and asset protection strategies.

• Proven track record of helping business owners reduce tax liabilities.

• Strong communication skills, especially in explaining complex tax strategies to non-experts.

• Familiarity with tax planning for entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and trusts.

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple high-priority projects.
