Nova Pacific is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives that support client and company goals.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates.
Help organize company events, client meetings, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience in a marketing or administrative support role is preferred.
