Social Media Manager (Video-Focused)

Our client is a fast-growing company revolutionizing how vehicles get registered and titled. By handling the process entirely online, they help customers make cars, motorcycles, RVs, and even off-road vehicles street legal—delivering plates and documents quickly, without the hassle of the DMV.
✍ Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Manager (Video-Focused) to take full ownership of video content creation across multiple internal brands. This role is end-to-end: from sourcing/collaborating with external content creators to capture footage, to editing and delivering high-quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Beyond video, this person will also manage social media content calendars and create engaging visuals to support brand growth.

💼 Responsibilities
- Own the full social media content process: strategy, planning, production, editing, and publishing.
- Source, coordinate, and collaborate with external content creators to capture raw footage and video assets.
- Edit and deliver dynamic, high-quality videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories, ads, etc.) aligned with each brand’s identity.
- Create and manage social media calendars across multiple brands.
- Design and produce static and motion graphics to support campaigns.
- Track social trends and integrate them into content strategies.
- Ensure consistent creative quality and brand alignment across all content.
- Collaborate with internal marketing/design teams to align with broader campaigns.
✅ Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or videography.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end social media content (strategy, production, editing, publishing).
- Strong portfolio showcasing video-first content (Instagram, TikTok) plus graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).
- Skilled in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro, or similar).
- Experience collaborating with external creators/influencers.
- Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
🔍 Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing social media calendars and reporting on content performance.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of paid media campaigns and creative optimization.
- Photography or multimedia skills a plus.
