Preschool Front Desk Assistant (Bilingual)
Summary We are looking for a friendly and organized Preschool Front Desk Assistant to be the welcoming face of our school. This role combines receptionist, administrative, and family support responsibilities at the heart of our main entrance.
The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm, positive, and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist families, children, and visitors with excellent customer service.
- Open or close the center and maintain a tidy, organized front desk.
- Manage attendance, tuition, and payments using Procare (training available).
- Process vouchers (VPK, SR), update student files, and prepare bank deposits.
- Answer calls, emails, and parent inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Support the Director and staff with daily office needs and communications.
- Safely drive a 14-passenger bus to transport children from local elementary schools.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: English & Spanish (oral and written) .
- Prior front desk, administrative, or childcare experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Procare System is a plus.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- High School diploma (higher education a plus).
- Must meet childcare regulatory requirements; background check required.
- Willing to work 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (with flexibility).
- Nice-to-have: First Aid certification, 45 DCF hours, CDA/Staff Credential.
