**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide excellent customer service to all individuals entering the healthcare location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
+ Screen visitors, patients, and staff for compliance with entry requirements and guidelines as directed by site protocols.
+ Assist with managing the flow of individuals in and out of designated entry points, helping to maintain order and support health protocols.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to appropriate personnel as needed.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and site leadership.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential concerns to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or site management.
+ Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A Guard Card or license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
