Director, Consolidated Services Center
Job Summary
Manages and directs all consolidated services functions and/or contracts for vehicle fleet program copy center recycling and waste program warehousing and distribution system property control central records program and surplus equipment disposal program. May assist in distribution of materials in disaster preparedness such as adverse weather conditions.
Essential Functions
consolidated services operations: recruits selects orients trains coaches counsels and disciplines staff. Plans monitors appraises and reviews staff job contributions.
property control operations and inventory and surplus property sales including the Teacher Supply Depot.
as district property records custodian.
monthly reports to the School Board regarding retired equipment and stolen property.
district warehouse and storeroom operations.
pickup delivery and/or relocation of mail textbooks materials furniture supplies and records.
service contracts related to district consolidated services.
budgets trend analyses and compliance.
district vehicle fleet program.
other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Five (5) years of general supervisory management experience required experience in logistics preferred. A minimum of three (3) of those five (5) years experience must be within logistics materials management or supply management.
