Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician
We’re looking for a high-level Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician who can run a commercial route independently and take full ownership of results.
This is not an entry-level role.
You will be trusted to manage your own route, diagnose issues, and deliver high-level service across commercial and high-end properties.
We are growing and have an immediate opening for someone who can step in and perform right away.
What You’ll Do
- Run and manage your own L&O spray route
- Diagnose turf and ornamental issues (disease, insects, deficiencies)
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides
- Communicate site needs and upsell opportunities
- Maintain clean, organized truck and accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience running a spray route independently
- Strong diagnostic ability (not just “apply what’s on the sheet”)
- Reliable, accountable, and efficient
- Clean driving record
- Florida L&O license is a plus, not required (we will support you in obtaining it)
Compensation
- $24–$28/hr based on experience
- Monthly production bonuses tied to route performance
