About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Manager to drive business growth across North America. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with telecom carriers, data centers, and enterprise customers while supporting cross-border collaboration with internal global teams.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record managing large-scale B2B accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and value proposition within the telecommunications and data center industries
Identify, engage, and establish strong relationships with key clients across North America
Partner with internal Chinese-based teams to support client development, communication, and account management
Drive new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through strategic relationship management
Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, negotiations, and contract execution
Manage and grow key accounts to achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets
Develop and execute account strategies for large enterprise clients (e.g., telecom carriers, hyperscalers, and data center operators)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in the telecommunications, fiber optics, or data center industry
Demonstrated success managing B2B enterprise accounts with annual contract values of $5M+
Established client relationships and network within telecom carriers, ISPs, or data center ecosystems
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across international teams
Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams (China/U.S. collaboration preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
Total Annual Compensation: Up to $200,000 USD (base + performance-based incentives)
Fully remote (U.S.-based)
