The Assistant Shore Excursions Manager possessesa dynamic outgoing demeanor with a passion for delivering industry leading service while demonstrating exemplary skills. Theroleis responsiblefor assisting the IslandShore Excursions Managertoensurethe smooth day-to-day operation of all tours & excursions (e.g., wave jet, kayak, parasailing, Flightline, coaster,etc.), lifeguardprogram,retail,and rentals. This is a position that requires skills in customer service, safety, public health, guest engagement, cleanliness, revenue generation, expense control, training, and the upkeep and maintenance of equipment. The rolemanagestheperformance of the Shore Excursions team and ensures the delivery ofa flawless experience,maximum safety,and operational excellence. Knowledge of equipment maintenance and the ability to react appropriately to adverse weather and water conditionsis required.As a leader in the organization, this positionleadsand inspiresall team membersto work to their highest capabilities and ensuresthey continuously develop talent in the department.
