Preferred Home Care of Florida , a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem PTs with Oasis experience
Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment. Requirements:
- Florida State PT License
- PT Oasis experience
- CPR Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- Recent Physical Exam
- 3 Years PT experience
- Must be patient oriented
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
