Project Manager
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Miami, FL (Florida). Responsibilities:
- Project Manager will develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Drive the deployment of a new Content Management System (CMS) for digital boards
- Coordinate activities between internal technology teams, vendors, operations, and franchisees
- Track risks, issues, action items, and project deliverables while ensuring deadlines are met
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership
- As a Project Manager, you will partner with franchise owners to gain buy-in and drive successful adoption of new technology
- Communicate project expectations clearly and influence stakeholders through strong relationship-building skills
- Coordinate testing, deployment, and rollout activities
- Support change management efforts and ensure a smooth transition from the legacy platform
- Potentially assist with additional technology initiatives, including Oracle Symphony POS deployments
- 5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology implementations
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to create and execute detailed project plans
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience working with external customers, franchisees, or distributed field organizations is highly desirable
