Aria Hookah and Bar is seeking a person to work part time as a hookah maker. This position involves managing the hookah station and the responsibilities are as follows:
- Making the hookahs per the customers needs according to flavors and brand
- Cleaning and maintaining the hookahs and hookah station up to company policy/standards
- Ensuring that the hookah burners have enough coals burning at all times
- Setting the hookahs up for the servers to run out to the customers
- Running and setting up the hookahs for customers
- Bussing tables and returning hookahs to the hookah station to be cleaned
You must be able to multi-task and be able to work under high volume of customer requests.
This is a night time position only.
