Are you a full-time agent looking for serious, ready-to-go buyers ? We have too many opportunities and need hungry agents who are ready to work hard and close deals . We have 10,000+ active leads engaging with our website and generate 500+ new leads every month . Your job is simple: follow up, set appointments, guide them, and close deals .

This job is simple, but not easy .

You will be required to pick up the phone, call leads, and set appointments . The agents who put in the work are consistently closing deals , often within their first 90 days on the team. Our top agents are taking home multiple 6 figures and closing multiple deals per month.

On top of a proven system and top-tier training , we provide full back-office support so you can focus on selling.

Our Listing Coordinator handles everything from MLS entry to coordinating staging and photography , and our Transaction Coordinator manages the paperwork, deadlines, and escrow tracking.

We also have a full-time social media marketing team that provides ready-to-post content and runs advertising for your listings once they hit the market.

• Full-time agents only
• Must have sold at least 3 properties in the last 12 months
• Must live between Boynton Beach Pompano Beach (no Miami, no West Palm Beach)
• Must be tech-savvy and willing to learn new systems
• Must be coachable, hardworking, and ready to dominate this market

• Pick up the phone, call leads, and set appointments
• List and sell residential real estate
• Negotiate contracts with buyers and sellers
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process
• Be available, work hard, and reap the rewards

We are a high-volume team that closed 250 transactions in 2024 for $117M in sales volume and is currently on pace for 300+ transactions and over $300M in 2025 . Our agents that follow our system and commit to doing the work every day consistently close at least one deal per month.
