For 22 years, International Martial Arts Academy has been building strong, confident, bully-proof leaders in the Fort Lauderdale community. With two successful locations and a proven system, we are now preparing to expand into new cities — and we are building our Founding Expansion Team.

Starting at $620+ per week (based on experience)

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You are:

High energy and confident leading a class
Experienced in martial arts (any discipline)
Motivated by growth, goals, and leadership
Strong communicator with parents and students
Coachable and system-oriented
Black belt preferred (not required for all roles)
Interested in long-term growth and helping open future locations

• 18+ years old
• Clean background (level 2 background check required)
• Reliable transportation
• Drug-free workplace
• Professional appearance and strong work ethic
• Available afternoons, evenings, and special events
