Cold Caller

We are looking for a Door-to-Door Salesman who is eager to help us expand our customer base. This role involves going door-to-door in designated areas, introducing potential clients to our services, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is friendly, enjoys face-to-face interaction, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Speak with local business districts and introduce our cleaning services.
- Engage potential customers in conversation to understand their cleaning needs.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions.
- Use of D2D sales app. (we will provide)
- Walk/Drive to different locations.

Qualifications:

-Motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
-Friendly and outgoing personality; enjoys interacting with people.
-Strong communication and persuasion skills.
-Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Wages:
$13.00 (for the for the first week of probation) This is to give us an example of who you are and how you work.
After,
we can offer $1 for every business you interact with.
10% commission on the total value of the contract you close.
3% commission for every appointment booked if it ends with a sale.
Performance bonuses
