Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: College Park, Orlando, FL.
Schedule: Part-Time (18 hours /week) with Transition to Full-Time option (36 hours/week) | Hybrid (In-Office + Remote).

The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a minimum of 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience.

This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence. Candidates must reside in the Orlando, FL area or nearby surrounding areas.

You’ll play a key role in psychiatric medication management, support our Spravato® (esketamine) program, perform ADHD evaluations and testing, and contribute to weight-management care.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits.
• Create, adjust, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct evaluations and provide clinical oversight for Spravato® (esketamine) treatment in compliance with REMS requirements, including screening and in-clinic observation.
• Evaluate and manage psychiatric weight-management care through education, medication management, and lifestyle goal-setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Florida APRN & RN license required.
• PMHNP ANCC certification required.
• DEA Florida license required.
• 1+ year of post-graduation clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with relevant clinical training will be considered.
• Must be local to Orlando, FL or surrounding areas and able to work on-site as required.
• Passion for providing exceptional, compassionate mental health care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a paperless, digital environment.
