Skills & Qualifications of an HVAC Maintenance Technician:
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction
- Coachable and willing to learn and excel in HVAC maintenance
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in outdoor conditions
- Valid driver's license and background check required

To be considered, experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, who can pass a background and motor vehicle check. Additionally, you must be dependable, able to lift heavy objects, and able to work on an on-call rotation.
