Experienced Commercial Tile & Flooring Superintendent
Bonita Springs, FL
We’re hiring a superintendent who builds excellence into every phase. If you’ve led $2M–$15M commercial projects and take pride in details others overlook, keep reading. If you’ve mostly assisted or managed smaller scopes without full responsibility, don’t like to stand out front and lead by example then this likely isn’t your role. What We Value

What You’ll Lead• Full site supervision on $2M–$15M projects
• Multi-trade coordination and disciplined scheduling
• Three-week lookaheads that actually drive production
• RFIs, ASIs, documentation, and daily logs
• Quality control and safety enforcement Required
• 5+ years as a commercial superintendent
• Proven leadership on $2M–$15M projects
• Strong plan reading and subcontractor management
• Highly fluent in both English & Spanish
Strongly Preferred• Tile & Flooring Experience
• Commercial & Luxury High-Rise Experience
• Procore & Buildertrend preferred
Priority given to candidates near Lee or Collier counties in Florida
