Pay: $28â$35 per hour
Location: Orlando, FL
Shift: 1st Shift
Weâre seeking an experienced Sr. Maintenance Technician to support commercial and industrial facility operations. This senior, hands-on role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, system maintenance, and project support while ensuring safe and efficient building operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform shift rounds and inspect building systems
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
Install and service facility equipment and controls
Follow OSHA, lockout/tagout, and site safety procedures
Lead complex repairs and provide guidance to subcontractors
Document work in the CMMS and support preventive maintenance planning
Coordinate parts ordering, vendors, and project tasks
