Role & Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for members and prospective customers via phone, email, live chat or in-person — delivering helpful, friendly, and efficient support.

Handle member inquiries, from membership sign-up and account management to cancellation requests and general gym information.

Support the franchise network’s commitment to convenience — ensuring members get timely assistance 24/7, in line with our gym-access promise.

Maintain accurate records of interactions, member details, and support cases in our system.

Collaborate with club staff and corporate teams to resolve issues, escalate as needed, and ensure member satisfaction.

Uphold the values of Anytime Fitness: friendliness, respect, and a welcoming attitude toward everyone, regardless of their fitness level or background.

What We Seek

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a friendly, empathic demeanour.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple enquiries while remaining calm and professional.
