CASE MANAGER – PERSONAL INJURY

Golden Talent Solutions has been retained by a highly reputable, fast-growing Personal Injury law firm with offices in Boca Raton and Plantation, Florida, as well as Arizona, Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, to identify an experienced Case Manager to join their growing team.

These positions will support active personal injury files in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The firm is seeking highly organized, proactive professionals who understand the urgency, communication, and follow-through required to successfully manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

This is not an entry-level opportunity. Prior personal injury case management experience is required.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, capable of managing multiple active files, and comfortable communicating with clients, providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys throughout the life of a case.

Responsibilities:

• Manage active personal injury case files from intake through settlement

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status and treatment updates

• Coordinate medical treatment scheduling and follow-up

• Request and review medical records, bills, liens, and supporting documentation

• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors

• Maintain organized and updated electronic case files

• Assist attorneys and litigation teams with case progression and documentation

• Monitor deadlines, treatment status, and case activity to ensure files continue moving proactively

• Provide exceptional client service and support throughout the case process

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury case management experience

• Strong understanding of personal injury pre-suit workflows

• Ability to manage multiple active files in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office

• Bilingual Spanish speaking is strongly preferred
