Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 annually depending on experience, plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour

Job Summary
Our private outpatient practice is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients make steady, measurable progress. You’ll assess physical limitations, design treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and support patients through recovery in a setting built around one-on-one care. This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants a stable full-time role with a realistic pace.

Responsibilities

• Complete evaluations and identify treatment priorities
• Create personalized plans of care for orthopedic and functional needs
• Deliver direct treatment through exercise instruction, manual therapy, and movement retraining
• Reevaluate progress and update treatment plans as patients improve
• Educate patients on recovery steps and home programs
• Keep documentation complete and up to date

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Florida PT license or ability to obtain licensure before start
• Previous outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Good clinical judgment and time management
• New graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
