Daily Property Adjuster Tallahassee Region
CENCO Claims is looking for a reliable Daily Property Adjuster to service residential property claims in the Tallahassee, FL area. This field-based role provides consistent claim assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our in-house claims team.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete on-site inspections to evaluate residential property damage
Write accurate estimates using Xactimate
Capture clear photos and maintain thorough documentation
Communicate professionally with policyholders and insurance carriers
Submit organized and timely claim files
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Xactimate
Solid understanding of residential property damage and repair
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Florida or designated home state adjuster license
