Experienced Automotive Parts Specialist
(4-day work week)

EPR is equipped with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment in the shop, lobbies that are designed to be welcoming and comfortable for guests, and employees who love what they do and love serving our customers. Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday (You read that right! We only work 4 days a week).
- Every weekend is a 3-day weekend. (Just another way EPR is setting new standards for the automotive industry and taking care of our employees and their families).

Auto Parts Specialist:
We need a reliable, professional parts associate to source, purchase, sell, stock and stage parts within our busy facility. We need someone proficient in maintaining and growing our inventory. They should have good people skills for dealing with customers and staff.
- Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop.
- Work with vendors to locate and order parts.
- Receive parts and inspect for quality and accuracy.
- Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule.
- Maintain accurate accounting record for purchased and returned parts.
- Keep parts area clean and organized for production and safety.
- Create estimates based on parts needed.
- Attend/collaborate with team during production meetings.
- Handle warranty part returns and processing receipts and invoices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working with automotive parts (European carlines a major plus).
- Solid problem-solving abilities.
- Self motivated.
- Above average computer proficiency.
- Above average organizational skills.
- Ability to keep up and succeed in a fast-paced working environment.
- Strong negotiation skills to be able to shop and negotiate best prices.
- Ability to work well with others and achieve common goals.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Able to lift objects greater than 25lbs. regularly.
- Able to negotiate and move item in excess of 100lbs. with equipment at times.
Compensation: Based on experience.
