Project Manager

As a company, they are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, all while staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements Project Estimator 1st Shift 7:30AM-4:30PM Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and profitable job estimates. Create project estimates and bid documents. Accurately enter customer and project data into the company database. Request additional information from customers via email or phone when needed. Perform material take-offs from customer specifications and drawings. Retrieve vendor pricing and costs. Identify and estimate labor requirements. Develop project bills of materials. Complete and organize bid documents. Save all files and project documentation in an orderly manner. Assist with creating and managing purchase orders. Prepare project quotes for project manager review. Attend kick-off meetings and assist project managers in understanding project scope. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preferred: Experience with project management or inventory software. Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Commitment to excellence and high standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for changing priorities. Strong oral and written communication abilities, including presentation skills. Team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude. Physical Requirements Hand and finger dexterity for computer and equipment use. Ability to talk, hear, and visually focus to read technical information. Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
