Bilingual Shipping Clerk Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:30am to 05:00pm )

• Verify and process outgoing shipments using the warehouse management system (WMS)
• Check orders for accuracy and proper documentation before shipment
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure orders are prepared on time
• Enter shipment data into computer systems and maintain shipping records
• Communicate with team members to resolve shipping discrepancies
• Move between the office and warehouse cooler to check product and shipments
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping tasks as needed

Bilingual Shipping Clerk Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish required)
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Comfortable working in cold storage environment (34°F)
• Ability to work in and out of the cooler, not strictly a desk position
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
