Scheduler POST NUMBER: 473631
Location: Everyday on-site Tampa (33602) – 8am-4pm (roughly) What you'll do:
- Build and manage daily crew schedules for residential and commercial job orders
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the production department
- Collect, validate, and prioritize incoming and outgoing installation orders
- Ensure production managers always have complete, accurate scheduling information
- Optimize installation performance through precise scheduling, timely communication, and proactive follow-through
- Track KPIs and respond with action plans to address scheduling gaps or trends
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entry
- Ability to stay composed and solution-focused in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
