🌴 General Tree Care Team Member

Our Tree Care Team is the muscle of our operation —hardworking, skilled, and safety-minded. These industrial athletes climb, prune, and protect some of the most beautiful properties in the area.

This is a hands-on, outdoor role with a tight-knit crew where no two days are the same. You’ll visit high-end properties, work with top-tier equipment, and play a key role in maintaining and preserving landscapes that make our clients proud.

🌿 What You'll Do

• Work as part of a crew providing tree pruning, removals, cabling, and other tree care services

• Climb trees safely using ropes and harnesses (no spurs)

• Operate chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts

• Ensure all work meets high safety and quality standards

• Represent Estate Landscaping with professionalism and great service

👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For

• Experience with proper pruning techniques for shade and ornamental trees

• Ability to identify native and ornamental tree and shrub species

• Comfortable climbing trees without spurs

• Familiar with safety standards and equipment operation

• Experience using aerial lifts (bucket trucks) a plus

✅ What You’ll Need

• Desire to work outdoors and be active

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (CDL is a plus, not required)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
