Dispatcher/CSR
Location: Seminole County, Longwood, FL.
We are currently seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at a leading Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing company. The ideal candidate should be approachable, motivated, and have outstanding customer service skills to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Salary: Competitive, based on experience.Benefits: 401K, Insurance.
Training: Provided. Role Overview:
- Evaluate customer calls to assign the right technician to each job.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch technicians according to schedule.
- Schedule and monitor service calls and technician assignments.
- Handle incoming service calls and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing concerns and special requirements.
- Coordinate and verify weekend and on-call duties for co-workers.
- Support and collaborate with team members.
Skills Required:
- Experience in customer support or as a client service representative.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Strong skills in phone handling and active listening.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Strong adaptability to various customer interactions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective multitasking, prioritizing, and time management abilities.
