About the Opportunity
Join a BC/BE Emergency Medicine team with a rare full-time opening. Primary shifts are based in a community hospital, with opportunities to work at lower-acuity, lower-volume freestanding emergency centers—perfect for physicians who value variety in pace and patient mix. Enjoy practicing in a stable, physician-led environment that prioritizes clinical autonomy, collaboration, and long-term support.
Highlights:
- Highly competitive rates
- Independent Contractor (1099) with Profit Sharing
- ~40,000-visit main ED + lower-volume FSED
- 27 hours/day physician coverage + 20 hours/day APP coverage
- Malpractice with tail provided by the group

Qualifications
- MD/DO; BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
- Eligible for Florida medical license
- Team-first mindset and interest in physician-led practice
Compensation & Benefits
