Medical Director, Veterinarian (Orlando)
Pine Castle Animal Care Center is growing and looking for an experienced, compassionate, and team-oriented Medical Director to lead our multi-doctor team in beautiful Orlando, Florida! This is an exciting opportunity to guide the medical direction of a well-established, thriving practice while still engaging in hands-on clinical work.

With a flexible schedule, no emergency or on-call responsibilities, and strong support from our management and ownership teams, this role is designed to help you thrive, professionally and personally.

What you'll do:
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to our veterinary team
• Ensure delivery of high-quality medical care aligned with practice standards
• Collaborate with practice management to drive hospital growth and efficiency
• Oversee medical protocols, quality control, and staff training initiatives
• Maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports learning and development
