Onin Staffing is seeking skilled MIG Welders to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. You will be responsible for producing quality welds according to specifications, ensuring the structural integrity and aesthetics of our products.

Shift - 6:00am - 2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm

Monday-Friday

Temp to perm positions

Pay - $18.00 /hr. (weekly pay)

 Perform MIG welding to assemble and fabricate roof curbs and related components

according to blueprints and specifications.

 Prepare and set up welding equipment, materials, and parts.

 Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work orders.

 Ensure quality control through precise measurements and inspections of welds.

 Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

 Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment.

 Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and efficient

production.

 Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in mig welding and fabricating sheet metal and related components.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods.
