🌟 About the Role

RENT PROSPER is looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our Orlando Community at Cypress Pointe! This position requires a seasoned leader who can bring energy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset to a dynamic multifamily site.

As Property Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, lead your on-site team, and drive performance improvements in leasing, resident satisfaction, and property appearance. This is not an entry-level role — we’re seeking a proven professional who can collaborate, take initiative, and uphold Prosper’s core values.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property management operations and leasing performance of a small, yet growing condo community (budget and team will grow around you 😎)!
• Manage the performance of only ~ 50 units, initially. Very manageable to oversee plus prepare for unit and budget growth in year 1!
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager, Maintenance, and vendors.
• Handle all aspects of property management: leasing, renewals, inspections, records, customer service, HOA relations.
• Proactively improve occupancy, reduce vacancies, and address delinquency issues.
• Execute leasing strategies: marketing, lead follow-up, showings, applications, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Coordinate work orders and maintenance efforts with the Maintenance Supervisor/Tech.
• Resolve tenant concerns directly with a 5-Star service approach.
• Ensure accurate use of CRM/property management systems to track all activities.
• Step in with administrative support when needed — lease prep, viewings, records, and more.
• Maintain a professional and positive team environment.

Requirements

✅ Must Have

• 7+ years experience at multifamily/apartment communities
• 3+ years in a leadership role at similar properties
• Strong working knowledge of Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and housing regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and property systems like Yardi, OneSite, Appfolio, etc.
• Experience using leasing tools (RentCafe, Knock, Tenant Turner, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred

👌 Nice to Have

• Experience managing properties with 200+ units
• Experience in smaller/growing communities with budget flexibility

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• After-hours/weekends only as needed based on property demands
