Accounting Specialist

Great organization seeking accounting Specialist! This is a great opportunity for a professional that is experienced in accounting and proficient in Excel. The right candidate with proven history of; accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month end, general ledger, invoicing and proficient in excel. This role is for career minded individuals with a heart for accounting looking to grow. The role is $18-$19 depending on experience. you qualify please apply!

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

accounts receivable, invoices, proficient in excel, month end, reconciliations, accounts payable, general ledger, quickbooks

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

Skills

• Bank Reconciliations (2 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
• Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)
• Month-End Close (3 years of experience is required)
• Invoices (2 years of experience is required)
• Vendor reconciliations (1 year of experience is required)
