Accounting Analyst

Randstad is seeking a proactive Accounting Analyst to join the team of a worldwide distributor. This role will collaborate on an Accounting team of 8 and provide critical support to the organization's financial operations. This position acts as a central link between the office, warehouse, and processing plant to ensure seamless internal and external financial coordination. This is a direct hire opportunity offering a base salary (target $70k) + bonus + full benefits package. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and have SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Receiving invoices, entering them into the system (SAP), and verifying their accuracy.
• Payment Processing: Ensuring timely and strategic payments to suppliers and employees.
• Procurement and Inventory: Executing the procurement of services and materials, managing materials efficiently, and maintaining proper inventory control and recording consumption.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing company expenses against the annual budget and preparing detailed reports on expenses and supplier prices.
• System Management: Using SAP for all supplier and employee records and processing payments through the system.
• Communication: Maintaining ongoing communication with external suppliers and internal departments (office, warehouse, processing plant) regarding purchase requests and inventory status.
• Administrative Support: Performing purchases of materials and supplies for the office and warehouse based on HR needs.
