Customer Success Manager
Description
Dragon Pharma Labs is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team in Opa-locka. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to begin their career in the health and fitness industry. Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to our services
- Monitor customer health and proactively address issues
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services
- Work closely with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
