Naveris, a commercial stage, precision oncology diagnostics company with facilities in Boston, MA and Durham, NC, is looking for a Clinical Oncology Specialist - Florida to help us advance our mission of developing and delivering novel diagnostics that transform cancer detection and improve patient outcomes. Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by thousands of physicians and institutions across the U.S.
Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of clinical oncology, data, and commercial execution. You will partner closely with senior commercial leaders and territory owners to drive adoption of NavDx®, strengthen account engagement, and elevate the quality of clinical conversations in the field.
You will play a key role in defining and scaling this function, working directly with the SVP of Commercialization with high visibility, accountability, and influence across the business.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to support and expand key oncology accounts
- Call on and engage:
- ENT / Head & Neck Surgeons
- Medical Oncologists
- Radiation Oncologists
- Colorectal Surgeons
- Serve as a clinical and workflow resource to providers and office staff
- Leverage longitudinal patient data and reporting to drive meaningful clinical discussions
- Support account onboarding, workflow integration, and sustained test utilization
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
- Build relationships across the full care team (physicians, nurses, administrators)
- Provide structured field feedback to inform strategy, messaging, and execution
- Operate independently with strong ownership of the territory
Experience & Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, diagnostics, or a clinical-facing role
- Exposure to oncology, molecular diagnostics, or surgical specialties preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a defined geography
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory
