HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER One Source Housekeeping Solutions Position Overview

One Source Housekeeping Solutions is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Manager in Key West, FL . This role is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping functions, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing housekeeping teams in a hotel environment, is bilingual, and excels at building and maintaining strong client relationships with property ownership and leadership.

• Salary: $70,000 annually
• Full-time position

• Oversee all day-to-day housekeeping operations
• Lead, train, and develop housekeeping team members including room attendants and supervisors
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet brand and company cleanliness standards
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity to meet operational needs
• Conduct room inspections and quality control checks daily
• Partner closely with property leadership to maintain strong client satisfaction and communication
• Address guest concerns and service recovery as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations
• Support onboarding and training of new team members

• Minimum 3+ years of housekeeping management experience in a hotel environment
• Proven ability to manage and lead a housekeeping department
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and productivity standards
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

• Onsite position in Historic Key West, FL
• Hands-on leadership role with daily interaction with team members and clients
• May require weekends and holidays based on business needs
