Director of Professional Services (Home Health Administrator)
- Strategic Branch Leadership & Business Partnering: Establishes a branch business plan and fosters the development and alignment of Internal and External Partners.
- Coaching & Team Development: Recruits, selects, and hires an effective, qualified, and diverse team. Provides coaching and development to maximize team effectiveness across the branch staff.
- Operational Excellence & Customer Experience: Coordinates efforts with business partners across the Region to deliver customer excellence, coordinate selling activities, reduce redundancy, and achieve market share, growth, and other key performance metrics.
- An unencumbered Florida Nursing License (required).
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required).
- Willingness to travel as needed to support patient care and team operations.
- One (1) year of supervisory or DON experience in home health care (required)
- Proven leadership and experience in health services administration (required)
- Knowledge of home health care regulations, accreditation, and regulatory requirements (required)
- Excellent communication skills
