Sales Executive, Tampa Branch - Remote | WFH
Work Mode: Remote Opportunity Are you a motivated sales professional looking to build strong relationships and drive business growth? We're looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing field sales activities within your assigned territory. You'll take ownership of key decision-maker relationships and work closely with distributors, builders, plumbers, contractors, and other industry professionals to promote our high-quality plumbing products. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to sales strategy, manage key accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to drive success. What You'll Do Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor accounts, ensuring they are informed and engaged with our products.
Provide training, support, and guidance to distributor sales teams to help them succeed.
Establish regular contact with plumbing contractors, general contractors, builders, architects, and engineers to promote our product line and encourage specifications in their projects.
Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competition to optimize sales strategies.
Create and implement annual account plans, outlining marketing, training, showroom, and promotional strategies.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Conduct on-site inspections and address any customer concerns related to product quality, installation, or performance.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, meetings, and conventions to stay ahead of market trends and enhance selling techniques.
Manage pricing programs within your territory following company guidelines. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
2-4 years of sales experience with a proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.
