We’re looking for a proactive, people-savvy Project Manager who can keep things organized, on track, and running smoothly—without breaking a sweat (or at least not showing it). If you’re the kind of person who lives for clear plans, happy clients, and crossing the finish line in style, this might just be your next big move.

What You’ll Do

• Plan Like a Pro: Define scope, map out timelines, and set deadlines that don’t self-destruct.
• Keep the Wheels Turning: Coordinate with the team so everyone’s on the same page—and has what they need to crush it.
• Own the Budget: Track expenses, avoid surprises, and keep spending smart.
• Deliver with Confidence: Review outputs and make sure we’re delivering high-quality work that meets (or exceeds) expectations.
• Be the Client Whisperer: Build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and keep clients in the loop.
• Tame the Chaos: Spot roadblocks early, solve problems fast, and keep things moving forward.

About You

• You’ve managed projects before (client-facing is a big plus).
• Ridiculously organized. Prioritizing is your love language.
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, Asana, or Trello—and maybe a little obsessed with color-coded boards.
• Not afraid of AI. In fact, you use it to get ahead—but always add the human touch.
• Strong communicator—whether it’s a team huddle or a client update.
• Thrives in fast-paced, remote teams and adapts when things shift.

Requirements

• This is a 100% remote role—your laptop + solid Wi-Fi are your best friends.
• You’re based in Latin America.
• Fluent in English (written + spoken).
• Available during U.S. business hours (with a bit of flexibility).
