Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer insurance accounts
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance
- Proactively offer relevant insurance products to customers
Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15 license required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-focused
- Previous insurance or related experience preferred
