Luxury Travel Specialist - Work From Anywhere
We are seeking a Dream Vacation Designer to support clients from Miami, Florida and beyond. This fully remote role offers flexibility while leveraging expertise in cruises, resorts, and global destinations to craft personalized itineraries that turn travel aspirations into reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design customized travel experiences based on client preferences.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and travel logistics with accuracy.
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video calls, accommodating Eastern Time zone schedules as needed for Miami-based clients.
- Stay current on travel trends, promotions, and industry certifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for travel and creating exceptional experiences for clients.
